Wecan get list of all registered OLEDB provider in SQL Server by using systemstored procedure:
The WDAC ODBC driver named “SQL Server” and OLE DB provider named “Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server” (SQLOLEDB) were both deprecated in favor of SQL Server Native Client when SQL Server 2005 was released for over 10 years ago. ODBC drivers from Native Client V9,10,11 and the Microsoft ODBC Driver SQL Server V11 and 13 all work in Classic ASP code interacting with SQL server (I am using SQL 2012) except for one problem - nText and Nvarchar (max).
